  1. No Refunds, Only Replacement
    We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. However, we will gladly provide a replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  2. Eligibility for Replacement
    To qualify for a replacement, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  3. How to Request a Replacement

    • Provide your order details, along with photos or descriptions of the issue.

    • Our team will review your request and assist in processing the replacement.

  4. Shipping Costs for Replacement
    If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement. For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  5. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
